May Highlights at Pasaż Grunwaldzki — Events in Wrocław

Pasaz Grunwaldzki events bring LEGO Star Wars, Minions, pet fair and a 45+ job fair to Wrocław this late May.

Pasaz Grunwaldzki events bring a busy, varied late-May programme to Wrocław shoppers. Moreover, the centre stages pop culture, family, pet and work-focused events in quick succession.

Pasaz Grunwaldzki events: Pop culture and family attractions

First, fans of galactic sagas can gather on 22 and 23 May for a LEGO Star Wars showcase. In addition, organisers plan a giant Lord Vader built from over 20,000 bricks. Consequently, visitors will see life-size figures and try LEGO SMART Play interactive builds. Moreover, the mall times this event with a cinema release to maximise family interest. Therefore, people of all ages will find something to enjoy.

Family fun goes on with Minions

Next, the centre hosts a Minions-themed event on 30 May. For example, organisers will run a Wheel of Fortune, face painting, and a slime zone. In addition, a 3.5-metre Minion will star in a large photo area. Consequently, families can collect themed gadgets and take part in games. Moreover, the event leads into a summer cinema release at Multikino.

Pets, makers and local businesses

On 24 May the mall opens its floors to pet lovers for the PupiLove fair. There, niche makers will sell leashes, beds, clothes, toys, cosmetics and natural treats. Moreover, owners can bring pets to meet vendors and experts. In addition, the market highlights local craftsmanship and small producers. Therefore, visitors support micro-businesses and find bespoke items for pets.

Career support for older jobseekers

Finally, on 27 and 28 May the centre hosts the “Praca bez metryki” job fair. It aims at people aged 45 and over seeking re-employment or career change. Moreover, employers and career advisers will offer face-to-face consultations. Consequently, attendees can discuss vacancies and training opportunities. In addition, organisers emphasise age-friendly hiring and skills recognition.

Across these events the centre shows a shift from pure retail to social programming. Moreover, the schedule blends entertainment, commerce and public service. However, language may pose a barrier for newcomers. Therefore, plan ahead and check schedules online before you go.

💡 GOOD TO KNOW: If you come from abroad, bring pet vaccination records and ID when you visit with animals. Also, prepare a simple CV and Polish or English ID for the job fair. Note that Polish systems use ZUS for social insurance and NFZ for public healthcare, while PESEL is the national ID number and “mandat” means a fine. Public transport reaches the centre easily. Moreover, you can park on site but check fees first. Finally, many stalls accept cash and cards, so carry both.

All events are free and take place in late May. In addition, organisers update details on the centre website. Therefore, follow the calendar to avoid last-minute changes.
