A barefoot man in Lublin blocked traffic and stole fuel. He was drunk and carried a lifetime driving ban.

A barefoot man stopped his Ford in the middle of an intersection in Lublin and then went to a petrol station to refill a bucket, police say. The morning incident involved a lifetime driving ban and left locals bewildered.
