OKRE begins restoring a former hospital into Traugutta on the Oława, adding 160 apartments and a riverside park that will reshape Przedmieście Oławskie.

A landmark riverside complex in Wrocław will get a new life under a major redevelopment. The project, called Traugutta on the Oława, will convert the former Betania hospital into apartments and public space.

Developer OKRE by Koramic will lead the conversion. Consequently, the firm plans careful restoration of five historic buildings. Moreover, they will add three new structures to complete the ensemble.
