Free urology consultations in Lublin for men 40+

free urology consultations Lublin: Free prostate checks and webinar in Lublin, June 23-26, for men over 40; limited phone registration on June 22.

Free urology consultations Lublin will run from June 23 to June 26, 2026. The university hospital offers free specialist appointments for men aged over 40 who have abnormal PSA results or urinary symptoms.

What the campaign offers

The Clinical Department of Urology and Oncological Urology at University Clinical Hospital No. 4 will run the clinics. Consultations will take place in the Outpatient Urology Clinic at Poradnie Specjalistyczne i POZ USK Nr 4, ul. Jaczewskiego 8. In addition, doctors will hold appointments daily from 15:00 to 18:00.

Moreover, the hospital will prioritise men with abnormal PSA tests and those who report worrying urinary symptoms. Therefore, the action targets early detection of prostate problems. Consequently, earlier diagnosis can improve treatment success rates.

How to register and practical details

Patients must register by phone on June 22 only. Calls will be accepted between 09:00 and 15:00. The registration numbers are (81) 72 44 986 and 781 881 161. However, places will run out fast because capacity is limited. In addition, bring any prior test results and relevant medical notes to the appointment.

The free clinics will help those with abnormal PSA readings. Moreover, the team will advise on next steps and possible referrals. Therefore, men who notice changes in urination should not ignore symptoms.

Webinar and expert Q&A

On June 23, 2026, at 09:00 the hospital will run a 30-minute webinar titled “Problems with the prostate – questions and answers.” The session will stream on the University Hospital No. 4 Facebook profile. Dr. hab. Przemysław Mitura will answer live questions. In addition, viewers can email questions beforehand to zespol.komunikacji@usk4.lublin.pl.

Consequently, the webinar offers a low-barrier way to get reliable information. Moreover, online attendance can help expats who fear language or paperwork barriers.

💡 GOOD TO KNOW: If you live in Poland, the public health fund (NFZ) often covers outpatient care for insured residents. NFZ stands for Narodowy Fundusz Zdrowia. Poland also uses ZUS for social insurance contributions (Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych). Many hospitals ask for PESEL (national ID number) or any ID when you visit. Therefore, bring photo ID and any proof of insurance or residency. In addition, bring prior PSA test results and a list of medicines. Finally, non-Polish speakers should consider bringing a Polish-speaking friend or using a phone interpreter at appointments.

Doctors encourage regular screening after age 40. Moreover, early detection of prostate issues increases treatment options and survival chances. Therefore, men should take advantage of free checks while they last.
