AUTODOC launches Marketplace in Poland

AUTODOC Marketplace Poland debuts, expanding parts choice and faster delivery for Polish customers and sellers.

Lead: AUTODOC officially launched AUTODOC Marketplace Poland on 28 July 2026. Consequently, the company expands its pan-European digital aftermarket network into one of its largest operational hubs.

AUTODOC Marketplace Poland: strategic move and local impact

Berlin-based AUTODOC expanded its marketplace model into Poland after successful rollouts in ten other European countries. Moreover, the launch leverages Poland’s logistics hubs, notably warehouses around Szczecin. Therefore, customers should expect better availability and faster deliveries. In addition, local sellers gain a direct channel to nine million customers across Europe. The platform lets selected vendors list parts and accessories through AUTODOC’s website and app. However, AUTODOC keeps tight quality and service controls to protect buyer trust.

Why this matters for drivers and businesses

Poland ranks among the fastest-growing car markets in Europe. According to PZPM, registrations reached 312,033 in the first half of 2026, up 9.4% year on year. Consequently, demand for spare parts will stay robust. Moreover, ACEA data shows the average car age in Poland is 15.2 years. Therefore, an older fleet creates steady demand for maintenance and repair parts. AUTODOC expects to meet that demand with competitive prices and a widened product range. In addition to traditional parts, the marketplace adds car electronics, mobility solutions, lifestyle items, and safety products.

Operations, seller rules and customer experience

AUTODOC operates the checkout, invoicing, and shipping for its in-house stock. However, marketplace sellers handle shipping and first-line customer service for their listings. Consequently, the company enforces service-level agreements and performance metrics. Therefore, AUTODOC monitors sellers closely and intervenes when standards slip. The firm reported strong marketplace metrics in early 2026: 520 partners and €12.6m gross merchandise value in Q1. Moreover, it listed 3.1 million offers then, and it plans further rollouts to Nordic markets in late 2026.

💡 GOOD TO KNOW: As an expat, you should note a few Polish realities. First, invoices called “faktura” are important for warranties and tax claims; companies use NIP (tax ID). Individuals sometimes provide PESEL (national ID) for administrative purposes, but you normally can buy without PESEL. Secondly, AUTODOC may ask for a Polish address and phone for deliveries. Third, know key institutions: ZUS administers pensions and social insurance, while NFZ runs the public health fund. Therefore, keep your documents handy when arranging services or repairs. Finally, prefer card or trusted online payments; check return policies and courier rules before buying.
