Applications Open for XXI Lubelskie Brand Project
Applications opened for the Lubelskie Brand project to promote Lublin region firms. Deadline: 30 Sep 2026.
The Marshal’s Office of Lublin Voivodeship has opened applications for the XXI edition of the Lubelskie Brand. Consequently, the programme seeks to spotlight regional products and services at home and abroad.
What the Lubelskie Brand means
The project runs under the regional government led by Marshal Jarosław Stawiarski. Moreover, the office says the scheme builds economic strength and local pride. Currently, 117 firms hold the certificate. In 2025, ten firms earned the certificate. They include Stalprodukt, Zakład Przetwórstwa Mięsa MATTHIAS, Alma Sidor, JUKKI POLAND, and P.W. MAR-JOLA BI. Furthermore, WOD-BUD, Goldsun Radosław Szewczuk, MONOGO, Polskie Zioła, and SQINIC also received recognition.
Who can apply and how
Companies that run business in Lublin Voivodeship for at least 24 months may apply. In addition, applicants must attach required statements and consents about data processing. Applicants must also supply a current extract from the National Court Register (KRS) or a printout from the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG). You may deliver documents in person at the General Office of the Marshal’s Office, Artura Grottgera 4 in Lublin. Alternatively, send them by post. Moreover, the office accepts electronic submissions via ePUAP, e-Doręczenia, or marka@lubelskie.pl. The call runs until 30 September 2026. Participation does not cost anything. Therefore, small companies and startups can apply without fees.
What the certificate can do for a company
The certificate acts as a regional quality mark. Consequently, it can strengthen brand recognition in Poland and abroad. It can also support export opportunities. Moreover, the label may help in B2B talks and trade fairs. As a result, companies often gain media exposure and network access. The project targets firms in food, medical, IT, and services sectors. Therefore, the initiative spans diverse industries.
Why it matters for expatriates and foreign entrepreneurs
If you run a business in Lublin, this mark can boost your local credibility. However, you must meet Polish administrative rules. For example, you need correct company registration documents like KRS or CEIDG. In addition, you should keep your tax and social records in order. Remember Polish institutions: ZUS is the social insurance agency, and NFZ manages public health insurance. Also note PESEL refers to the national ID number, and mandat means a fine.
