Alert RCB – Agreement between the Government Centre for Security and the Association of Polish Banks (09.02.2026)

The Government Centre for Security and the Association of Polish Banks concluded on 9 February 2026 a Cooperation Agreement, the aim of which is to strengthen the security of the state – including local communities – and to ensure the stability of the financial system and the continuity of the functioning of the banking sector in crisis situations. The Parties to the Agreement, guided by the principle of transparent cooperation of public administration with the banking sector, within the bounds of applicable law, deemed it appropriate to undertake cooperation in particular in the scope of information exchange, coordination of actions and building resilience to threats.
